Application of the General Terms and Conditions<\/strong><br \/>1.1. These terms apply to all offers and agreements with Be Inspired, prevailing over conflicting provisions. Placing an order implies acceptance of Be Inspired&#8217;s terms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 2. Quotes &#8211; Agreement<\/strong><br \/>2.1. Quotes are non-binding until the customer accepts within eight days. The agreement is confirmed when the customer signs and returns the unchanged quote. Execution begins upon receipt of the deposit.<\/p>\n<p>2.2. Payments to third parties are invoiced unless specified otherwise in the collaboration proposal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 3. Cancellation by the Customer<\/strong><br \/>3.1. Customer cancellation is allowed before Be Inspired starts work, with a 30% cancellation fee.<\/p>\n<p>3.2. Temporary suspension requires Be Inspired&#8217;s consent. The client pays 10% monthly during the suspension, added to the contract duration.<\/p>\n<p>3.3. Outstanding fees and damages due to contract termination are solely the client&#8217;s responsibility.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 4. Termination by Be Inspired<\/strong><br \/>4.1. Be Inspired can terminate the contract anytime via registered mail without compensation, ensuring completion of paid services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 5. Delivery<\/strong><br \/>5.1. Delivery dates are indicative; delays don&#8217;t grant compensation, price reduction, or contract termination rights.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 6. Risk<\/strong><br \/>6.1. Customer-owned goods at Be Inspired are at the customer&#8217;s risk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 7. Payment Terms<\/strong><br \/>7.1. Invoices are payable promptly unless agreed otherwise. Disputes must be raised within seven days; unpaid invoices accrue a 10% fee.<\/p>\n<p>7.2. All invoices are due within 30 calendar days; discounts expire if terms are violated.<\/p>\n<p>7.3. Late payment incurs statutory interest; Be Inspired may suspend services until payment. Delayed payment makes all sums due immediately.<\/p>\n<p>7.4. Click budgets must be pre-paid. Be Inspired informs clients of payment options and potential service suspensions for non-payment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 8. Liability<\/strong><br \/>8.1. Be Inspired commits to diligent service. All services are best effort. Be Inspired isn&#8217;t liable for errors due to insufficient or wrong client input.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 9. Force Majeure<\/strong><br \/>9.1. Be Inspired isn&#8217;t liable for failure due to unforeseen events. All claims expire within a year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 10. Ownership Rights<\/strong><br \/>10.1. Services remain Be Inspired&#8217;s until full payment. The client bears the service risk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 11. Domain Names, Hosting &amp; Email Accounts<\/strong><br \/>11.1. Orders for domains, hosting, or email go to the chosen external partner; the client is billed directly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 12. Termination of Agreement<\/strong><br \/>12.1. Client&#8217;s severe breach permits suspension or termination. Upon termination, services, termination costs, and a 30% compensation are due.<\/p>\n<p>12.2. A reasonable term for issue correction and seeking an amicable solution is granted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 13. Reference<\/strong><br \/>13.1. Work executed for the client may be included in Be Inspired&#8217;s portfolio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 14. Cases<\/strong><br \/>14.1. Be Inspired may use results for commercial purposes (cases, presentations, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 15. Dispute Resolution<\/strong><br \/>15.1. Belgian law applies; disputes fall under Dendermonde&#8217;s exclusive jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<p>15.2. Client bears costs for legal collection efforts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 16. Non-Solicitation<\/strong><br \/>16.1.
